Customer Editing (Add, Edit, Delete)

This section describes how to create, edit or delete CubeCart customers and export CubeCart customer data to Excel. The following topicks are covered:

Basic Operations

In CubeCart customers context menu or toolbar, you can find the following options:

1. Refresh data forces customers list update. It is useful when you're changing connection or have any doubts like is the latest data displayed.
2. Add new customer calls blank Edit Customer form, which is used to create a new customer. Please see below for options.
3. To edit customer you can double click on it or use "Edit Customer"  button. It calls edit customer form for selected customer. Please see below for options.
4. You can delete selected customer from your store using corresponding options. Pay attention that you won't be able to undo delete from store option unless you've made Database backup. 
5. Export customers to Excel/HTML option allows you to save data that you can see in the main grid into Excel or HTML file instantly.
6. To Adjust columns width use appropriate icon.

In this section you can add CubeCart customer number.

• No of orders - When the customer has not made any orders, '0' (zero) is displayed. However when order have been made, the number of orders is shown.
• Title, First and Last name, Company, E-mail - Customer's data entered during the registration process. Drop-downs allow selecting or calculating values.
  
• Subscribed to mailing list -  Enable the option in order to subscribe customer to the mailing list.
• Address, Town, Postcode, Country, County/State, Phone, Mobile, IP - Customer's data entered during the registration process.
• Registered - Date customer was registered.
