Rebuild Catalog and Customers

Rebuild and Recount section allows you to rebuild your catalog and customers data and to clear cache within CubeCart. If should be used if you have any issues with assigning products to categories or with backend and frontend cache. The following topics are covered:

• Rebuild category product count
• Rebuild number customer orders

Rebuild category product count

When importing products the CubeCart product count can be rechecked. Use the option in order to make sure that all items are correctly assigned, remove duplicated links between categories and products and clear cache.

Rebuild number customer orders

Recount CubeCart customer orders that are in the system. When orders are removed from the system, the reported number of orders by a customer can be inaccurate.
